Ermelinda Baca, RDH received her degree in dental hygiene from the University of New Mexico and is currently a private practice dental hygienist in Belen, NM.  In addition, she serves as Vice Chair for the New Mexico Dental Hygienists Committee and serves on the New Mexico Board of Dental Health Care.  Other professional activities include her service as a Dental Hygiene examiner for the Central Regional Testing Agency. She also serves as Secretary/Treasurer for this organization.  Ermelinda was recognized by NMDHA with the Dental Hygienist of Excellence award for her dedication to the advancement of the dental hygiene profession.  She is the owner of Dragonfly Consulting, a practice management consulting agency as well as developing CE courses.
